Minnesota Vikings?
Yes I'm a Vikings fan, born and raised, but ever since '98' it seems like the vikings keep getting worse and worse. It's not just the Vikings it's all Minnesota teams. I just gotta ask why do they suck?

- Lol, they are getting better not worse dude! Minnesota Twins made a serious run at the playoffs... Maybe you hoping for SB or WS win. That's why they stink to you... Compare 'em to all the other teams and you'll apprecitate dude.
- they don't have a QB which is there biggest problem They don't have an elite coaching staff They don't convert as much as they should and they should work better with there lineman. They really need a good QB. I think once that comes into place, they game will be a lot smoother.Everyone was complaining when Mike Tice was there with Moss and Culpepper, but at least they had a chance with winning. as for Minnesota as a whole...i have no idea dude.
- They have very little passing offense and the quarterback situation is wierd. They have put in 3 different quarterbacks and there passing defense is okay, but not the best. The Vikings rushing defense is one of the best there is.
- I feel your pain. I'm Minnesota born-and-bred, and I'm dying for some decent sports. The Twins took a crap this year. The Wolves have sucked and been boring forever. The Gopher football team is worthless this year. And the Vikes... uggh, the Vikes are painful right now. I think they stuck Tarvaris in too early. They drafted him as a project and I don't think they should have let him see the field for two full seasons. They should have brought in a better veteran to run the team while he was learning on the sideline. The coaching staff has been abysmal. Nobody has to outcoach Childress because he seems determined to outcoach himself. When something does work, instead of saying "I'm going to stick with this until they stop me" he instead seems to say "This is working, I better switch to something else before they figure out how to stop it." And his challenges the last two weeks - good Lord. If the TV replays can show difinitively that he shouldn't challenge a play with one look someone in the booth ought to be able to tell him not to challenge before he gets the red flag out. Unreal. It's depressing. 1998 was a highlight. Then Randall Cunningham took a knee going into halftime and it has been all downhill from there. A friend of mine pretty much summed up how about I feel about the team in a book he wrote recently. Check it out if you think it's worth it. https://www.millcitypublishing.com/order/default.aspx?siteid=49
- Vikings are on their way to getting better they just got the best running back in the whole country Adrian Peterson he is a hell of a lot better then Reggie Bush trust me Peterson is so good that in 3 or 4 years he will make the Vikings into Superbowl contenders
- I don't think all Minnesota teams suck. The Twins are a great organization and have one of the best farm systems in the majors. We lose many good players because the market can't support the salary they demand. Yet the Twins with one of the lower payrolls in the majors still manage to field a good team every year. The Vikings are still rebuilding. We definitely have one of the best running backs in the league in Adrian Peterson. Childress is just afraid to use him and lose him to injury. I believe the Vikings need to find an aggressive coach who is willing to use the offensive tools they have. Also, take some of the available salary cap money and either buy a QB or do some draft day manuvering and get one and also pick up a quality corner and/or safety. As far as the Gophers go, all the teams need to start signing some of the local high school studs that are going out of state for college. Until then they will continue to be dismal at best.
- Man, the first thing that is messing up the Vikings up is offensive play calling. Vikings whole offense rests on Peterson's shoulders and when your coaching staff gives him only 10-12 carries per games, you're going to get burned. Vikings defense is very solid. It's offensively that the Vikings lack. If done correctly in the off season and building that offense around Peterson the Vikings are going to be a very difficult team to beat.
- The Vikings have been down for a few years. Adrian Peterson is about to change all of that. I am not a Viking s fan but Peterson has been awesome in the games I'vee seen. He is the best RB since Barry Sanders.
- I don't know but just a couple of weeks ago some nuts from Minnesota were bragging how Dallas would need 22 men in defense to stop Adrain Peterson, when in reality he was a non factor in the game they lost,Marrion Barber actually had more yards, that's why it's better to be silent and be thought a fool, then to speak out and remove all doubt
- Because their fans don't care. They should move to LA.
- They are one good QB away from being contenders. They have the best back in football. Their pass defense could use some help too.
